I am building this site as an HONEST and factual assessment of diets and dieting.
Using the List of Diets from Wikipedia, I will begin by grouping the diets based upon similar theories.
From there, I will provide a 1 page “bias free” summary of each of the diets. I love Wikipedia, but some of those diet entries read like advertising copy.
I will also provide a “personal” review of most of the diets.
As a personal trainer for over 15 years and a “husky” guy for my entire life, diet & weight loss have always played a fairly large part in my life.
Keeping myself & my clients fit & healthy pays my rent.
